Street View has arrived!
Well, it's finally here.
Google street view has now gone live for almost all of the Wirral.
Why are we so excited about this? Well, from the word go even before our website was live we knew what a powerful tool street view was going to be, so we had our website set up to automatically incorporate it to all our available properties.
If you've never heard of or seen Google street view the easiest way to try it is to go to our website at www.fiveestates.co.uk and search on any of properties in Wirral or Liverpool, when you take a detailed look at the property you find google street view at the bottom of the page. It is essentially an interactive image of the street in which the property is situated, you can actually 'walk' up and down the street, zoom in and out, explore the local area without leaving your computer, it's totally amazing.
We are really proud to be one of the first local property websites to have this fully incorporated into our website and hope you have a try of it now!

New Services
The team at Five Estates are delighted to announce that we now offer a comprehensive property sales service in addition to our ongoing high quality letting service.
Although there are many established Estate Agency services on the Wirral and in Liverpool, we feel that we can fill a gap in the market between using private adverts to sell your home (cheap but very low success rates) and standard high street agents (effective but expensive).
We are offering a high quality internet sales service backed up by a local presence with low commission rates that we hope will encourage people who wish to sell their homes to contact us.
We use a network of internet portals which receive in excess of 80 million clicks per month! Along with standard estate agency services including high quality bespoke digital print brochures along with high resolution digital images with floorplans. Our service is on a no sale no fee basis and we can help you with a low cost HIPS provider.
When you consider that our fees can almost half of that of a high street agent it must be worth a least giving us a call to see if we can help.

New Year, New Opportunities!

Well, we are now getting very close to 2010, the end of a decade!!
Well, we are now getting very close to 2010, the end of a decade!!
I think most people can remember where they where and who they were with on new years eve 1999, the whole world was in party mode except all the computer boffins who were very nervous about the 'Millennium bug' that thankfully never happened.
Like any new year, this one should be an opportunity to look closely at what you have achieved and what you want to achieve in the weeks and months to come.
Here at Five Estates we are very proud of our achievements over the past year in the world of property lettings and sales, in particular we are proud of the high quality service that we continue to provide to our existing and rapidly growing number of new clients. We always try to listen and act upon the comments that we receive and try improve our services if at all possible. Our newest member of staff Lynne, is a fantastic addition to the team and brings with her a wealth of experience and competence particularly in the field of lettings and management, we are delighted to have her on board and hope that we have many happy years working and expanding our services together.
We made the fairly recent decision to offer Estate Agent services as well as Letting Agent services after numerous requests from frustrated home owner keen to sell their property quickly with a better value fee than most local agents.

Ok, so it's just the beginning for us but we are looking to expand our fledgling company and over the next 6-12 months hope to see a rapid growth in terms of our workload.

Now that the website is live, we have started having a number of enquires from both landlords and tenants, we are looking forward to providing a quality letting and property renting service to new customers.

Our brand new website is almost there!!
Just wanted to pop on and let you know our fantastic new website is just days from going live. It has been a busy few weeks getting it ready but with the last couple of details being tweaked we are just about ready to go.
